We regret to announce that due to COVID-19, we have decided to postpone the June AcroYoga Japan Festival until autumn. Despite many meetings with our team to try to find a way to continue with the event, we feel that in order to stop the spread of the virus, and to protect the health of our participants and teachers, this is unfortunately the best course of action. As people who teach the value and warmth of human interaction, this situation is truly heartbreaking. However, since we are acroyogis who have studied the importance of cooperation and helping each other, this is also an opportunity to make the most of those skills. We believe that as long as we work together, we can make it through this challenging time.

About the Next Event -

We will make an announcement about the Autumn AcroYoga Japan Festival around the end of July. If it seems like an event in autumn won't work out either, then we will cancel this year's festival and move forward with planning for 2021.

About Returns -

For those who have already paid for the festival, you can choose to push that payment forward to the next event (either in autumn if we are able to run the event, or next year if it isn't possible). If that is possible for you, it would be a big help for the management team. We hugely appreciate your cooperation. Full refunds are also available. In that case, please send us a message with your bank transfer details before the end of August - otherwise the ticket fee will be pushed forward to the following event.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused to everyone who was looking forward to joining us at the festival.
